Shipping & Delivery

All items are shipped through the USPS.

  • Parcel Post/Standard Post is a 3-5 day transit time.
  • Priority Mail is a 2-3 day transit time.
  • Express Mail is a one day service.
  • Please allow another 1-3 days processing time for your order.

Items will show out of stock online if they are not currently available. Items ordered that are not in stock will ship as soon as they become available.

We do not control the USPS or their delivery schedules - severe weather, road closures, aircraft delays, incomplete address, acts of God, etc. can all affect delivery schedules. Many rural areas still take 2 days delivery time even with Express Mail. We will not refund shipping charges if the USPS does not meet their delivery time guidelines.

Noxx Outdoor Products and its subsidiaries reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, and/or cancel orders in its discretion, including, without limitation, if Noxx Outdoor Products believes that customer conduct violates applicable law or is harmful to the interests of Noxx Outdoor Products and its subsidiaries.

All customer information is held in the highest regard. Customer information is kept secure and will not be sold or traded to third parties for any reason. Our shopping cart utilizes a completely secure cryptography SSL Certificate which enables encryption of all sensitive information during online transactions.

Returns & Replacements

1.Returns for repair or due to manufacturer defects must go through the manufacturer. You can receive technical support by emailing sales@noxxflashlights.com. Return authorization for repair or replacement due to manufacturer defects must be acquired through this email. You will need an RA number and your original dated receipt or invoice in order to make a return or receive claim service. Any products returned to us without an RA number will not be acknowledged.

2. Include a check for $4.00 made payable to "Noxx Outdoor Products" to help cover the cost of the return shipping.

3. All other returns must be made within 30 days from date of purchase. Only new, unopened products will be accepted as returns. Please email us at sales@noxxflashlights.com to receive a return authorization number. A 10% restocking fee will be assessed on any returned products.

4. NO returns will be accepted on used flashlights or open packages.

IF YOU PURCHASED THE NOXX SERIES FLASHLIGHTS AND/OR HEADLAMPS FROM A RETAIL STORE, PLEASE DO NOT RETURN IT THERE AS THIS WILL DELAY THE WARRANTY AND/OR REPAIR PROCESS.

If Noxx agrees that the product is defective and covered under the warranty, we will send out a repaired or replacement product. Noxx will inform the buyer in writing of any warranty claims disallowed and the reasons for disallowance.

*Please note: You must save your original receipt from your authorized NOXX SERIES FLASHLIGHTS AND/OR HEADLAMPS dealer as proof of purchase. It is required to return the product. Third party receipts, such as PayPal will not be accepted. Shipping charges will not be refunded for any reason once the order has shipped.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

We accept most major credit cards and PayPal. Online pricing is set at our regulated minimum advertised price, and you will not find our current products on sale. Only discontinued products will be available below MAP. We strive for accuracy in pricing, descriptions, and product photographs. We may make typos on occasion. Our goal is to have error free pricing and text and we are confident we have none. In the event one is detected by a customer, we reserve the right to make adjustments at our discretion.

Orders past and present can be viewed once logged in to your account. You will be requested to complete an online registration the first time you place an order.
